Employed-With
& Without Financials
One
of the frustrations for the self-employed
is that they have to jump through more
hoops to get a mortgage than their employees
do. Its ironical that an employee
only needs to show a payslip to prove
they can service a loan where as the employer
has to provide two years financial accounts
that are then picked to bits.
We
know how to interpret financial statements,
recommend appropriate business and financial
structures and represent your case to
the approriate lender.
We
even have access to lenders who will provide
mortgage finance to self employed who
-have less than 2 years trading-at a small
premium on prime rates; or,
-on
prime terms for those with longer than
2 years trading but unable to meet the
normal requirements of proof of income
(eg financial statements).

simply need to declare that you can afford
